[Bug]: Raspbian GNU/Linux 11 register error

Context

I have install linphone-nogtk on raspberry 2b. linphonecsh cant register.
i see error
pi@raspberrypi:~ $ /usr/bin/linphonecsh status register
registered=-1

If i make the same on old version Raspbian GNU/Linux 9.13 (stretch) this works.
