I love the idea of this mod cause so many mods don't have compat for the new armor trims of the 1.20.1, and with this one I can put it to work with almost the majority of them
But sincerely, I don't like the universal trim material, and I saw many comments of other people that thinks like me as well
Maybe if u want to implement something like that, I have 2 ideas:
config file with "use-universal-trim-material", and u can decide between true or false
config file with "use-whitelist" true/false and u can decide which items do u want to be used as a trim material
;)

There was a whitelist system but I scrapped it due to low usage and high development upkeep as the mod was not designed with it in mind.
This mod along with Dynamic Trims will be getting a re-do over the summer to cleanup the tech debt and unify the shared code into a separate lib to reduce overall development time.
I will put a whitelist/blacklist system in then but for now the mod is not being worked on so that I can focus on my studies.
I definitely want this, I don't need all items to be trim materials but I DO want trim materials to be able to render on any armor (if this does that?)
