Move folder selection UP in the New torrent menu

Cosmetic/navigation.

When adding new torrent/magnet, everytime I need to move/swipe the screen UP because the folder selection options always gets under the on-screen keyboard. EVERY time.
Placing the folder selection UP or arranging the more common settings in the UPPER half of the device would remove 1 swipe EVERY time anyone uses the add function.
