What's the status after this? Were you able to set up the project locally before we move ahead?

No I don't know why the error occured I tried it multiple time creating multiple new firebase projects added all env variables. I don't know what digital envelope stands for in this project. I searched through files also I couldn't find the source.

I have tried it on github codespaces and on local system also.
