Autoannotate network
collapse network.
select all collapsed node
create subnetwork from selected nodes and all edges
New subnetwork contains all nodes and all groups and not just the selected collapsed group nodes.

Purpose of above was collapsed complex network and then wanted to annotate it but when I tried to annotate the collapsed network it expanded all the groups first.

when I expanded the original network all nodes in the subnetwork expanded as well.
When I then collapsed the original network the nodes in the subnetwork did not expand ????

I can't make sense of what is going on here. When I try to reproduce it with very small networks it works fine. When I try to reproduce it with larger annotated networks I'm getting the same bugs reported here. In any case these are bugs in Cytoscape groups implementation.
