With the change to BTS DPOS voting system the original Norns whitepaper & potentially ABA design are outdated.

Potential changes

~~Reduce MCR closer to 105% to encourage borrowing without increasing risk~~
~~Evaluate effect of the newly introduced settlement/collateral systems~~
Introduce new feed producers
Evaluate interaction with new Bitshares pools
Evaluate effect/influence of new credit offering system on the Norns
