[bug] AutosubmitConfig' object has no attribute '_exp_parser_file

Had a look at the code, and looks like somewhere in the past that variable was removed or replaced, but the code was not fully updated. There are a few occurrences of it, but it's not set anywhere.

We need to fix this variable, and also decide if the rest of the code needs to be updated, or deleted if not used.

From meeting today: to look at the YAML file. This comes from the old expdef/job/platform files, from AS3.
