Audio Diary Upload Lag/Failure

Describe the bug
We have had two participants report that the audio diaries are extremely delayed in their upload, and a separate set of participants that reported that they have failed to see the bugs upload entirely.

No upload:
Samsung S21, software version 13

Delayed upload:
iPhone 12, software version 17.4.1
iPhone SE, software version 16.4.1
iPhone X10, software version 16.6

As an update, we have had another participant report a significant delay in the audio diaries uploading, such that it did not initially appear to have been uploaded, except when the dashboard was checked again 12 hours later. Their information is here.

@ertjlane @ZCOEngineer Just recording what was discussed yesterday in our meeting and afterward over e-mail: since it was thought that this could be caused by an out-of-memory issue, we checked our memory usage on mongoDB, and we are currently only using 8.23 TB out of 64 TB, so it is unlikely that this is out-of-memory issue

We have applied a fix to the dashboard staging, but we are unable to verify it because the update is not appearing on the staging. Could you please check the issue with the update?

@sarithapillai8 The staging containers have not yet been updated as we are still testing the new AWS implementation for staging, so it might be another week before we can restart the containers
