Inside of the zip folder are some csv's I created to easily import the data from the past semesters to the system. However, the importation of the past year's courses can wait until after this year's course have been completed. That way we ensure hat we don't break things on production.
Change the title from "User" to "Admin" to be more clear that admins are the only one that can upload the master list of courses spreadsheet.
Also, as a stopgap for this issue, let's add language to the System Management user interface:
When the admin adds a new term (using the UI), add a p tag below it that indicates that they need to email the Master List of classes to me & Brian. We'll remove this when we solve this issue fully.
