Ability to build files and provide them regardless of container type

Having the ability to build static files from a container via a docker image could prove to be helpful. Ideally, this would not rely on container type being "nc" or something along those lines.

Potential solution could be adding a separate container type such as "filesource" from which files are generated and pulled from.
