  • Definition of the scope of the new MIABIS components.
  • Identification of a few relevant use-cases for each Dataset Type to base the development work on.
  • Approval of the task proposal by BBMRI-ERIC MC -> https://docs.google.com/document/d/1X_oQ9pQhyRFyZUcsAHYXlRQjGy2RtIp5/edit
  • Establishment of a working group.
  • Alignment with other EU-projects (such as EUCAIM, when possible)
  • Development work for new components
  • Define use case requirements
  • Reach consensus on proposed items for each component based on a series of expert group discussions and formulate proposal for new components (20 feedback to distributed survey)
  • Expert review and update of proposal -> https://github.com/BBMRI-ERIC/miabis/tree/master/draft/Components/individual-level/DigitalPathology -> in autumn
  • Final proposal provided to BBMRI-ERIC MC for approval.
  • Publication in a peer-reviewed journal and dissemination of results

@lomadi , would it be possible to include one attribute on "tumour content in tisseu section"? This I assume would be helpful, for filteringing later when trying to selecting cohorts for further use.
