Thank you for such an great tool!

I wonder if there is an option or way to keep the pyrodigal cds predictions in a gff format or convert the tsv coordinates to gff

Hello @juanjo255,

Thank you for your interest. We plan to add an option to save the FASTA files with the predicted CDSs in the output folder. I checked, and Pyrodigal can save the CDSs in several file formats (FASTA, GFF, Genbank). We can add another option to specify the file format, which would do what you asked. We will let you know when it's implemented.
