What karpenter features are relevant?

Self-hosted Karpenter on AKS does seem to expose metrics, but it's unclear if this is available in NAP mode.

If metrics are exposed, is it available to be scraped by BYO prometheus or does it have the same limitations as the cluster autoscaler; Azure managed prometheus only?

How should the docs be improved?

Include information if Karpenter metrics are exposed or not.

@Fresa Node Auto Provisioning (NAP) is currently in preview, and will expose Karpenter metrics once in General Availability, which we are targeting for early 2025. Documentation will be updated with information on accessing Karpenter logs for NAP.

@wdarko1 Thanks! And these metrics will be exposed to bring your own scraper/Prometheus? Is it also available in the preview?
