EPAC not deploying policies to Azure despite successful pipeline run

Hi, I am trying to set up EPAC environment and it all seem to work correctly except once the pipeline completes no polices are deployed in my Azure environment. There is no error message. I wonder if it is because for some reason I am not extracting policy definitions correctly. I run script 'Export-AzPolicyResources -DefinitionsRootFolder .\Definitions -OutputFolder Output' - only policyAssignments and policyExtemptions folders are created but no policyDefinitions or policySetDefinitions. This is for my own tenant, I am trying to learn how to deploy EPAC so there are no policies deployed in it yet except for 1 default. I tried moving the files to main EPAC folder from the 'Output' and also run it with files in the Output folder. What am I doing wrong?
