The Bicep server crashed 5 times in the last 3 minutes. The server will not be restarted.

I'm experiencing the same issue when I'm trying to activate intellisense.

my code snippet:

When I open a .bicep file the error message appears.

Process:
1 - I already tried to remove and reboot VS Code.
2 - Opened VS Code, access file .bicep and nothing appears.
3 - Go to Extensions, added "Bicep" extension and closed the VS Code. Open it again, nothing happens, but when I access a .bicep file, the error appears again.
