Download certificate from Keyvault in PFX or PEM or CER format.md

Steps to download the pfx file from key vault on http://portal.azure.com

1. In Azure portal, go to the associated keyvault with cluster.
2. Select Certificates and click on the certificate being used.
3. You should see a screen with two options 'Download in CER format' and 'Download in PFX/PEM format'
4. Download the certificate in pfx/pem or cer format using the links above.
