Module doesn't support azurerm provider version >2.98 #91

Hi,

we are trying to upgrade our azurerm provider to above version 2.98 but this module doesnt work anymore as some blocks not recognized terraform provider.

how do we go about this? i have forked it and removed some blocks to make it work in provider version >=3.31.
can i make a PR for this? (i dont have access right for it)
