I don't get it

I can run the the project successfully and also published to Local service fabric cluster. But I don't know how to use them. EG. How to call one of api that hosted at service fabric.

You should see an web-page like this:

Use the top menu bar to test some functionality.

And if you want to see the details from the cluster itself; go to http://localhost:19080 or install the explorer from https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/service-fabric/service-fabric-visualizing-your-cluster
