loadmore触发机制问题 #151

1、如果不给waterfall容器设置高度，loadmore事件无法被触发，已经排查父级容器没有设置overflow：auto，只设置了height：100%
2、假设给waterfall容易设置了高度，loadmore事件会触发多次（一滚动就触发）

版本是v2.0.7
vue版本：3.3.13
