🔴 Title : Add Chanakya Book List api and render

🔴 Enhancement Aim :
To create a user-friendly component that fetches and displays a list of books related to Chanakya and his works, such as "Arthashastra" and "Chanakya Neeti," providing users with easy access to relevant literature.

🔴 Changes :

  • Add a new React component ChanakyaBook.jsx to fetch book data from the Google Books API.
  • Implement state management to handle data loading, errors, and book information display.
  • Design responsive card layouts to showcase book thumbnails, titles, authors, and descriptions.
  • Provide links for users to read more about each book directly.
