📃: Note Keeping functionality

🔴 Title : Keep the notes of particular user.
🔴 Aim : To store the notes created by user on the database and whenever login again able to see their written notes.
🔴 Brief Explanation :

• Notes can be either in text format.
• Uploading any pdf file. Add the limit of upto 10MB
• Able to see the content on the website and download it.

NOTE: Use local storage at this time.
