Feedback Links Aren't Created Until Draft is Saved

Although it looks as if I can create a feedback link immediately after creating a quick post, the Create Link button fails to create an anonymous link, and sharing via an email address fails to render the link and create the access listing, unless the user has clicked the Save Draft button. This is an edge case, as most users would save the link before sharing it, but functionally it could lead to the user believing they have shared a feedback request, without having triggered the message.
