On the Transaction Details screen, we should show information about the status of an inquiry that a merchant has challenged or ignored.

Inquiry status requirements

• Inquiry: Under review
  • You submitted evidence for this inquiry on Aug 23, 2023. The cardholder’s bank is reviewing the case, which can take 120 days or more. You will be alerted when they make their final decision. Learn more.

  • Button navigates to challenge form (read-only)

• Inquiry: Closed
  • This inquiry was closed on Aug 23, 2023. Learn more about preventing disputes.
