The existing time-mechanik, which uses the 3rd party timeloop library is quite rigid. Furthermore it allows for drift over long periods (a connection which should be called every 5 minutes and is initially called at 8:00 might get called at 9:01 instead of 9:00)
Therefore the time-mechanic has to be rewritten. Furthermore I want to allow statements like "every day at 12:00" in some form or another. The ability to give multiple timing conditions might also be interesting.
