The National Bushfire Intelligence Capability (NBIC) use a triple quantile adjustment method (on hourly data, but could be adapted for daily).

https://bitbucket.csiro.au/projects/NBIC/repos/nbic-workflow/browse

The relevant folders are:

  • nbic_climatechange_processing: where the data is processed, as well as where the src folder is located with all relevant folders
  • nbic_qa_notebooks: where most of the QA of TQM is located in the form of notebook
