ruleML output is not working #33

If you select RULEML as the output, you get an error, regardless of input:

>> John creates a card.
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<apeResult>
  <messages>
    <message
	importance="error"
	type="ws"
	sentence=""
	token=""
	value="error(type_error(sgml_content,named(John)),_7082)"
	repair="Fatal error. Please send screenshot to APE developers."/>
  </messages>
</apeResult>
