Legacy Custom Background Mode (Without ThemeHooker) has a bug which doesn't let you disable the Chat-Slide using the "--Flashcord-Module_Chat-Slide" variable. This module will permanently disable the Chat-Slide (&knuckles), no matter your configuration.
