Show calendar events from phone on the watch

This feature is one of the most often requested feature on Android. AsteroidOS/AsteroidOSSync#19
However, it is lacking a watch-side implementation. If you are interested in helping there, I would recommend having a look at AsteroidOS/asteroid-btsyncd@cdd3bcf (read the commit message before being scared by the code)
I would also recommend getting in touch with @jrtberlin who showed interest in getting this working as well. AsteroidOS/AsteroidOSSync#89
