GW2 Styled Windows In Burrito

Inspired from BlishHUD's attempts to create a gw2-like window inside of their overlay this attempts to style our windows to look more like GW2 windows. There are a few concerns at this time

1. With the windows looking more like gw2 windows it can be harder to tell that you can only click on a Burrito window when burrito is capturing the full mouse input.
2. Not all windows will be able to be converted into this style.

There is no timeline for when this will be merged in and it is possible that this feature will be dropped if elements of it prove to be too complicated.
