After signal cli on windows number "+xxx" was registered and successes by sending messages
I want return to the state when the master
device will be Android.
For this i unregistered this number "+xxx" on windows and installed by new the signal on Android with first time android installed pin code.
But now by trying to send message from windows signal cli other registered number "+yyy" to this Android number receive error:
Failed to send (some) messages:
Network failure for "+xxx"
How can solve this problem please?
