How to get group id ?

Hi all,

I've faced with the issue that I cannot figured out where to get group id for sending messages in it ?

In folder ~/.local/share/signal-cli/data I do not see any information for group ids ...

Guys, how to find group id where to send information if group is not sharing Group Link ?

Also I've tried to get group id from link https://signal.group/#<code> from <code> part, but it produce the following error:
Invalid group id: Failed to decode groupId (must be base64)
