Pre-Release 2.7.4

This is a pre-release and has not gone through a full release validation, please install with that in mind

Note: In order to test the VDF client/server fixes please make sure to set your VDF server to vdf-server-4.arweave.xyz. We will keep vdf-server-3.arweave.xyz running an older version of the software (without the fixes) in case there are issues with this release.

• Fixes for several VDF client/server communication issues.
• Fixes to some pool mining bugs
• Solution rebasing to lower orphan rate
• Last minute proof fetching if they can't be found locally
• More support for webhooks
• Performance improvments for syncing and blacklist processing
