Dock Theming Issues

Present in all versions of Neonboard thus far (up to 1.0.5)

When theming the dock, the size is incorrect. It’s usually a little too small and offset slightly to the left. I’m guessing it’s trying to theme for different sized screen? The other issue with theming the dock is that it just overlays over the stock dock, leaving the standard blur anywhere the dock theme should be transparent.
