This config is focused on providing an optimal experience through gameplay. It works with every computer that can run the game by default, but at the same time, it will improve the frame rate and the in-game advantages.

Everything inside this config is documented, analyzed, and tested, and there is no misconfigured command or value. It isn't based on guesses, misleading community thoughts, or guides, but rather on well-documented sources, the game's source code, and my vast experience through Valve's Source games.

The config is often updated with new commands (when Valve releases a new version) and new features (like scripts), and it is sometimes rewritten in some parts for a better template. If there is a critical bug, I'll notice it immediately and patch it.

History of ArminC AutoExec

ArminC AutoExec evolved out of my desire to do something special in 2015. After seeing that there wasn't a good configuration and most of them were full of nonsense, I decided that I needed to write my own one. First, I analyzed the entire community; I documented myself (I wanted to expand my existing knowledge); and I searched for good templates. So, I started to write it. I rewrote it many times from scratch until I reached a good template, and since then, ArminC AutoExec has continued to evolve and mature. Today, this configuration is mature, well written, and optimized.

At first glance, it doesn't seem like something unprecedented, but after the effort spent on this project, I can only think on the contrary.
