Suggested Tags Not Showing

Hi! I'm prepared to look dumb, but I have 'Suggest tags from the post being reblogged' enabled under 'Quick Reblog', however I don't see it anywhere. I have looked and confirmed that it's supposed to suggest previous users based on old discussions, but I didn't see anyone with this problem thus far.

I have refreshed - I see the comment box, the tag bundles, the tag box, the reblog/queue/draft options - but no suggested tags at all. I definitely really miss the 'auto tag OP' in the quick tag/reblog so I'm hoping it's just something I've missed.
