  1. Fix : Bump Postgresql version from 42.2.20 to 42.2.28

    Hello,

Version 42.2.20 is a vulnerable version of postgresql JDBC (affected by CVE-2024-1597): GHSA-24rp-q3w6-vc56

Note that the PreferQueryMode=SIMPLE must be activated for the vulnerability to be exploitable.

However, even if this configuration is not activated, it is still a good practice to use the new version of Postgresql JDBC.

    Regards,
    Simon
