zephyr: support unix timestamps #67

Zephyr's kernel measures only time since the boot.

To support real-world timestamps, the build must have either:

persistent hardware clock unit like DS3231 (or an emulation for qemu builds)
NTP client that will update the time on boot (there's SNTP support in Zephyr)
