Explainable Disease Prediction System is an application which uses machine Learning to predict the presence of Heart Disease and Tuberculosis(TB) and display the model interpretation . We used shapely plots and Saliency map to make the model interpretable. This system is mainly helpful for the MBBS student and new Doctors. It can be used as a reference for major or minor final year project.
