Check for air above the block before breaking?

Implemented in 12.2.42. Just need feedback.

I think I still have issues with this, I've had some levers, MV wire connector disappear, and a steel multiblock tank structure "un form", because I think grass grew in the corners of the structure, which didn't break any preexisting blocks. I'm not sure if grass growing was to blame but I replaced the dirt it was on with logs and haven't had it happen. The MV wire connector and lever were a block above the grass, though, so I didn't suspect it was to blame. I am pretty sure this has happened after 12.2.42.

Had an IE pipe disappear out of nowhere, when it was exactly one block off the ground, again.

Well it's been added as a tip that grass can do this. I'll continue to look into what the solution might be.

Added change that may have fixed this in 12.2.52. Although I believe it's base TFC that's causing it
