Title: Issue with Horizontal Divider Movement in Linked Bible Text

Summary: The horizontal divider for linked Bible text behaves inconsistently, alternating between accelerated or fractional movement with each app restart.

Key Points:

  1. The horizontal divider sometimes moves faster than the finger's motion or slower by a fraction of the finger's movement.
  2. Closing and reopening the app causes the divider's behavior to alternate between these two movement patterns.
  3. The behavior occurs despite all other app/book settings remaining unchanged.

Original Message:
This is in reference to the horizontal book dividing line (as when using a linked Strong's concordance with hyperlinked words in the Bible text).
Mode/bug being discussed: sometimes the horizontal dividing line can be moved quickly, accelerating faster than my finger moves on the screen; other times, it moves slower, a fraction of the distance that my finger moves on the screen.
I discovered today that closing the app and reopening it will change the book divider movement to alternate between accelerated or fractional movement. Each close/reopen alternates the speed. All other app/book settings stayed the same.
