Please expose documentation about REST API endpoints

If there is a REST API available for accessing user data like total bLuna, total LP tokens, total UST in the earn tab, etc., please expose this information in the developer section of the Anchor docs.

If there is a not a REST API for this, can one be created?

Otherwise, how do you recommend to interact with anchor?

Context:
I am building an app in Elixir to manage my portfolio. I need data from anchor, like the exchange rate, deposits, and so on... I know I can query the contract. How do you recommend doing it? Can I use an LCD server? maybe an FCD? or just execute terrad?

I have been trying to find out information about this for several days, without any success yet.
