Hi,

I ran VIBRANT (version 1.2.1) on two bacterial genome sequences known to have phages as predicted with Virsorter2 and other tools, but the output from VIBRANT shows no phages. How do I troubleshoot or resolve this, please? There is a caution warning that says running a version of scikit-learn lower than v0.21.3 will likely cause issues but the version I have is 1.0.2

I think the error message is worded incorrectly. Are you able to install v0.21.3?
