[Errno 2] No such file or directory: VIBRANT_AMG_individuals_all_sags.tsv

Hi there

I used version 1.2.1 and the error message jumped out '[Errno 2] No such file or directory: /DIR/VIBRANT_AMG_individuals_all_sags.tsv'. I was wondering if you know how to fix the issue.

No other error messages were generated? Did you install via conda or github?

Hi ​ ​There was no other error messages. It came from the version 1.2.1 from github. Before that I tried the conda version 1.2.0, but it generated the known issue, 'name 'pfam_name' is not defined'. ​

Are you using a shared computing cluster? I'm curious about the /DIR/VIBRANT... terminology. There may be permissions issues or an incomplete download/install.
