Minor bug associated with v1.1.0 before December 14 2021. Known to arise when a prophage has spaces in the name and has a coverage of zero (reported at 'NA' in the output file). Simply re-install v1.1.0 to fix this bug. If you have more 'NA' values in your output than expected you may also want to re-install just in case.

Additionally fixed extra '!!` characters in host names if the input sequence names had spaces.
