Improve documentation of usage of the components in altinn-components and examples. Draw inspiration from e.g. https://next.storybook.designsystemet.no/?path=/docs/komponenter-details--docs and https://eufemia.dnb.no/uilib/elements/lists/

Should only document components that are ment to be used.
