Import existing certificates

In some case certificate are yet create with certbot (as manual use). In this case plugin don't update anything. Certbot detect existing certificate without renewal and don't import existing certificate.
In this case we must wait renewal state to get a correct importation.

Could be an option on script to force renewal action or add a check to compare files in let's encrypt directory and in database
