Feature/Mod Request BC/IC2 related

I am uncertain as to the efficacy of this but here are the related bug report and currently available fix for the BC fuels not usable in IC2 semi-fluid generator anymore.

@MoraglarKhilen can you try this again; IC2 recently re-introduced their BC compatibility functionality.

I was testing this....that was how I "found" the problem with tinkers tanks
but yes IC2 Semifuild Generator now accepts BC Fuels, all at the same energy production and burn time but thats IC2s problem..

So then can you provide me a way to test what you're doing that's causing the server to freak out? Screenshots help. I can make a fix in TC easily.

This is the kinda of thing I had built and running. it doesnt break right away unfortunately.
I have it running and will keep adding to it until it freaks out. :)

Once I push build 100 of Almura I would ask that you test this again.
