Just a side note, there should be minecart variants for cache blocks. The actual implementation may be delayed until railcraft for 1.12.2 is out.

or a have them buy a custom spawn egg with /summon minecart ~ ~ ~ {CustomDisplayTile:1,DisplayTile:Block,DisplayOffset:0} but this make it useless it will only look cool
