I have sovled the first problem by download wallpaper on linux. The folder can be found now. But I encounter another problem.
This puzzles me a lot. I have tried so hard. |
This can be caused for a variety of reasons. Are you using an NVIDIA GPU? I don't have one but I know of some other users that have had similar issues with those and I'm not sure if those got solved or not. Could also be a bad screen name, if you're using X11 you can check the screen names with
These messages seem to be related to CEF after a quick google search and in this case should not really be a problem as the background you're running is an animated image (which doesn't use CEF), but you might have issues with backgrounds of the web type. |
You're right. I'm using an NVIDIA GPU. In fact, my computer has an NVIDIA GPU but I don't install an driver for it. Just like the menu info below. I don't know what influence it will have on the software. The output info is as follows when I input "xrandr -q"

What I input the terminal is "./linux-wallpaperengine --screen-root HDMI-1 1845706469". |
Wallpaper Engine Background(s)
Link(s) to the background(s) in the steam workshop or their background ID(s).
Console output
I just input command "./linux-wallpaperengine 1845706469" as the example in README.txt. And I'm sure this background has
been subscribed. But a long list of errors is reported as below.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
Additional context
I don't know what happened there. I think the workshop directory is the key. But I have no idea how to solve it. The assests folder has been in the right place like the picture below. I also tried to add "--assets-dir" parameter but the same errors.
