Couple problems with setting Locale and LibCamera FATAL ERROR

Couple things;
1 - not clear on the syntax for the Locale setting default is en_US.UTF-8 log says has issue with it so what is it looking for?
2 - run last night did not produce time-lapse and found log showing libcamera had a fatal error but not sure what is saying the issue is.
Please be patient I am a newbe at this and a lot to understand, Thanks for the Help

@TexasTNT Please follow the instructions for Reporting Issues in the Wiki exactly. It's next to impossible to go through a several thousand line log file with multiple restarts and different settings.

The "locale" setting in the WebUI tells you how to list the available locales on your Pi. Let me know what it says - I assume you are in Texas?

here is the log as wanted, it has the errers i spoke of before, the libcamera Error, Fatal is the one that concerns me most.

@TexasTNT if you are referring to lines that look like this:
Capture command: LIBCAMERA_LOG_LEVELS='ERROR,FATAL' libcamera-still ...
Have no fear. Allsky is simply telling the libcamera-still command, which actually takes the picture, only to report errors and fatal errors, which you don't have. That command by default produces a bunch of debugging information that just clutters up the output.

Regarding no timelapse being created, please see the Wiki page for troubleshooting timelapse issues. I am confident it will have what you need to get timelapse working.

OK, Thanks will work through getting timelapse.
One other question, how important that the locale.gen be correct getting this warning in the log file;
*** WARNING: Could not set locale to en_US.UTF-8 ***

This is what is enabled -- en_US ISO-8859-1

If it needs to be set what is the best way to do it?

@TexasTNT The localeright now is primarily used when writing to the log file it knows what thousands and decimal point characters to use.
Run man locale and it should tell you how to determine which locales are on your Pi.
